Meet Charles

Ringing in with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve traveled throughout the South working on a variety of commercial projects, including well-known retail stores such as Sephora, Polo Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, and many others. My background includes steel stud framing, painting, flooring installation, bathroom remodeling, and residential construction. What I enjoy most about this field is seeing a project come together—from the blueprint stage to a fully finished space that people can enjoy.

Outside of work, I love coaching my kids’ football team and spending time with my family. My wife, Cassandra, and I have been together for 10 years; she’s a real estate agent, and we have four wonderful children—CJ (12), Carter (10), Tristan (5), and Alyviah (4). My goal with NGC is to continue growing within the company, help lead our crews to success, and build lasting relationships through hard work, honesty, and quality craftsmanship.
